MEDICARE HEALTH PRODUCTS LTD (“Mediclare”, “we”) ships orders from the United Kingdom. This policy applies to purchases made on mediclare.myshopify.com and any related Mediclare storefronts.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If your delivery address is outside the UK, please contact us before ordering.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are typically prepared for dispatch on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
• Standard UK delivery is usually 2–5 business days after dispatch. Express options, where offered at checkout, may arrive sooner.
• Delivery estimates shown at checkout are guides and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carriers, weather or peak periods.

Shipping charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and the delivery method you select.

Free UK standard delivery on orders of £50 or more (order total including VAT, before shipping). Orders under £50 pay the standard UK shipping rate shown at checkout. Express delivery, where offered, is charged separately.

All prices displayed on the store include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Order tracking and issues
