Do you ship outside the UK?

No. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, standard UK delivery is typically 2–5 business days. Express options may be available at checkout.

Is there free shipping?

Yes. UK standard delivery is free on orders of £50 or more (including VAT). Orders under £50 show the shipping cost at checkout.

Can I return medical or PPE products?

You generally have 14 days to return unopened goods in original packaging. Opened or unsealed disposable PPE and hygiene/medical consumables usually cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Faulty or incorrect items are handled under your statutory rights — see our Refund policy.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. Store prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Do you supply clinics and care homes in bulk?

Are your products medical advice?
