Yes. UK standard delivery is free on orders of £50 or more (including VAT). Orders under £50 show the shipping cost at checkout.

Do you ship outside the UK?

No. Mediclare currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

Can I return opened PPE or medical consumables?

Opened or unsealed disposable PPE and hygiene products usually cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Unopened items may be eligible within 14 days — see our Refund policy for full details.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. Store prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping is free from £50; under £50 it is calculated at checkout.
